Summary: We stayed for a family vacation the home was well kept and conveniently located within a short drive of all the major attractions.There is also a Walmart dollar tree and Heb grocery store nearby. Communication was excellent only issues one of the extra beds were missing and baby bed was missing screws .I spoke to the owner who said they would get it fixed as soon as we checked out because it wasn't affecting our stay we were ok with this. We could also not get one of the games or televisions in the upstairs game room to work this is probably a simple fix again this didn't affect our stay as all of the rooms have televisions and there is one downstairs there are also plenty of other things in this house to keep you busy. the dog nextdoor barks a lot we love animals so this didn't bother us much but if you're not an animal person this could be an issue. We stayed the 2-6th of June if you are not familiar with Texas it gets HOT! Sunscreen and lots of water is recommended overall we had an amazing stay and I would highly recommend
